Wedding and Honeymoon
June 15, 2006
Just for the record, I got married on June 10th. The wedding went amazingly well, better than I think anyone planned. That’s always good.
I’m going to try and keep this short since we’re leaving to go caving in about 20 minutes in Cavernas Venados. It’s near where we’re staying. I’m not exactly sure where that is exactly, I just know that it’s “nearby” (by 1 and a half hours or something.) For the record, we’re in La Fortuna Costa Rica for a day or two more.
In La Fortuna the big attraction is a volcano. Not just any volcano, an active one that shoots lava every day and night. Last night when it was clear, you could see a little bit of the lava show. When we got there the clouds had moved in. Right now, the volcano top looks like this.
What a cool thing to walk out the front door and see. Yesterday if you walked out the front door of our hotel you would have seen this.

It just depends on when you left the hotel. Ok… so the hotel wasn’t on the beach, it was a block away… But still, it was a great location since it was right next to both the beach and the national park. I have a ton of pictures to post later but right now, I’m kindof rushing to finish this so we can leave.
I also wrote about my faith since I was tagged by Nathan over at Sonspring. I’ll have to post that soon. Things have been crazy since well before the wedding and all and this is my first chance to post. So maybe later I’ll get the ball rolling on that post, just a few more final touches. I know, I’m a lazy web designer.
Anyway, hope all is going well in whatever corner of the world you find yourself.
