"Driving the Car"
January 22, 2008

I took this photo at the History Museum in Frankfort over the weekend. There was a really old car that you weren’t supposed to get near, however, from one angle the light was reflected off the passenger side window and made people standing next to the car appear to be in the driver’s seat. So, I had my wife Kerry stand next to the car and pretend to drive. I like it because at first the photo doesn’t look like anything special but when you look carefully the reflections are just layered wrong. It’s as if the image was “Photoshopped,” but without Photoshop or even the computer.
